Personal data
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to answer your request. Addresses left to receive a guide or to join a list (bootcamp, indicator news, the weekly letter) are stored with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), our email provider, and are only used after you confirm them (double opt-in), to send you the guides and news from the site; they are kept until you unsubscribe, which takes one click in every email. Comments, open to newsletter subscribers, are stored with your first name and email address in a database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.; only the first name and the message are published, after review, and the address is used only to check your subscription, to tell you when Loïs replies if you asked for it, and to delete your comments if you ask. The trading games keep in your browser the chapters you passed and your latest games (the charts drawn and the result of each). If you ask for a save link by email, the same information is stored with your address in a database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., so you can find it on another device and replay a game; at most 200 games are kept, and everything is deleted on request. Your data is never resold or shared with third parties. You have the right to access, rectify and delete it by writing to [email protected].
