Episode 3: one win, then two losses, one a mistake

Three trades in the New York morning. A Nasdaq short after the SELL CT signal at 06:55, closed in profit on a stop moved up early. A gold short after the SELL at 07:55, stopped out. Then a Nasdaq long taken far too late after the BUY at 07:25, without real confirmation: a mistake, cut at market. The account ends the day at $51,279.74, down $1,005.02.

Short MNQ 08:00Short MNQ 08:00
08:00 · Short MNQ : The signal: the indicator’s SELL CT (counter-trend) at 06:55. The entry: short 8 MNQ at 30,889.50 at 08:00, on the CISD (change in state of delivery), at the breaker. Out at 30,861.50 at 08:16 on a stop moved up early: on a counter-trend trade, I did not want to take risk. The initial stop was not recorded.
Short MGC 08:25
08:25 · Short MGC : The signal: the indicator’s SELL on gold at 07:55. The entry: short 13 MGC at 4,206.3 at 08:25, stop at 4,213.9. Price went back up and the stop was hit at 08:31, filled at 4,214.0. Not taken: the SELL at 08:40, my session was over.

That is the day’s mistake: too far from the signal, and without real confirmation. Cut at market at 30,840.25 at 08:48. Together with trade 2: −$1,444.70, fees included.
