Trading from A to Z

A free course, from your first order to the ICT method: four levels, in the order the questions come up, every notion on real charts — indices, gold and forex — with its exercise. Nothing to buy to follow it, nothing promised at the end.

Four levels, in the order the questions come up. First understanding what you are doing and on which market, then reading a chart without a method, then the ICT method notion by notion, and finally what makes you last: the plan, the mind, the accounts. Each level assumes the one before.

Every step fits on one page, with a diagram, a real chart — indices, gold or forex, never the Nasdaq alone — and an exercise in FTS Arena to check you can recognise the notion on candles you have never seen.

What this course does not do: promise you a result. A setup’s quality criteria were measured over thousands of trades and none separates the good ones from the bad; everything lands around 50% at 1R. The method gives a frame for reading and a discipline, not a guaranteed edge.

Level 1

The basics

What trading is, reading a candle, placing an order without getting hurt, getting started, and the markets we trade: futures and forex.

  1. Module 1 · 4 steps

Understanding what you are getting into

What a price actually is, who is on the other side, what a broker earns, and why the leverage handed to you unasked is the first thing to understand.

  2. Module 2 · 4 steps

    Reading a chart

The candle, timeframes, what you can see on a chart before having any method at all, and how the movement is counted.

  3. Module 3 · 5 steps

Placing a trade without hurting yourself

Order types, the stop-loss, the only number that matters at the start, why you can be wrong six times out of ten and still win, and what all of it actually costs.

  4. Module 4 · 5 steps

    Getting started

Which market to choose, the three tools that are enough, the journal nobody keeps, what actually makes beginners fail, and your first month week by week.

  5. Module 5 · 8 steps

    The markets we trade

Indices, gold, forex: what really sets them apart. The futures contract and the currency pair, choosing your own, sizing in contracts and in lots, the hours when price moves, the releases that shake it, and the platform where it all happens.

Level 2

Reading price

Highs and lows, trend or range, support and resistance, several timeframes, volatility: reading a chart before any method.

  1. Module 6 · 7 steps

    Trend and levels

Reading price: naming swing highs and swing lows, saying whether the market is rising, falling or hesitating, drawing the levels that matter, combining timeframes, allowing for volatility, then deciding — and seeing what the ICT method adds to all of it.

Level 3

The ICT method

Structure, liquidity, zones, time, then a model assembled on real sessions, losing ones included.

  1. Module 7 · 5 steps

    Structure

The first module of the ICT method picks up where classical analysis stopped: the swing highs and swing lows that count, the break that confirms a trend, the one that challenges it, the move that shows intent, and the candle that signals the change earliest.

  2. Module 8 · 5 steps

    Liquidity

The second module of the ICT method looks at what sits around the swings that count: resting orders. Where they are, why price goes for them, how it takes them, and how to draw the session’s target from them.

  3. Module 9 · 5 steps

    Zones

The third module of the ICT method looks for where to enter: at what price within the leg, in which zone the move left behind — the FVG, the order block, the zone that switches sides — and at what level of the pullback.

  4. Module 10 · 4 steps

    Time

The fourth module of the ICT method adds the clock to the first three: which session you are looking at, which windows you search in, and how ICT tells the story of a day, from the night’s range to the false start at the open.

  5. Module 11 · 6 steps

    Building a model

The fifth and last module of the ICT method puts the four before it together into one reading: a bias, a target, a zone and an hour, then an entry with its stop. Applied to real sessions, losing ones included, and set against what the site has measured.

Level 4

The craft

What makes you last: a written plan, psychology, managing an open trade, the journal, prop firms. Each step points to the site’s everyday tools.

  1. Module 12 · 8 steps

    Lasting

The last module is no longer about price but about the person trading it: a written plan, the traps in your head, managing an open trade, the journal, testing, prop firms, taxes and the routine. It puts in order what the site already has, and each time points to the page that goes into detail.
