The market: the game to understand buying, selling, winning and losing

Loading the game…

Buying, short selling, winning, losing: everything nobody explains simply, in one game. Chapter 1 of the beginner path, right after the candle. A bet up or down, an entry, an exit, on a real chart: won or lost, by how many points, how many dollars?

How to play

The guided chart explains what a price is, what is traded (futures contracts on the Nasdaq and gold), then counts a first buy in points and dollars. Then, on each chart, an Entry line and an Exit line: won or lost? by how many points? how many dollars?

The rule that keeps score

Buy (long): you win if price rises between entry and exit. Sell first (short): you win if it falls. A point is a unit of price; each point is worth a fixed amount per contract: $2 for the micro Nasdaq contract (MNQ), $10 for the micro gold contract (MGC). The gain or loss: points × value per point × number of contracts.

The beginner path

Eight chapters and an exam, from the market to the first trade: the market, the candle, highs and lows, the trend, the break of structure, support and resistance, risk, then the decision, and the final exam that brings it all together. Each one can be played on its own, in any order; Easy is for practice; a chapter is passed when every chart of a game at Medium or Hard is. It is an exercise on past data, not a trading signal.
